Hey guys,

have been looking at LCD screens and connecting to my laptop for my 4x4. Touchscreens are a little out of my price range at this point (may change in the near future) and I started thinking that when you add a mouse/ keyboard into the front of the truck, it starts to get a bit messy.

Thought, there's got to be a software keyboard that only needs a mouse and I found one that sounds good. I haven't installed it yet, but as its free, i thought i'd give it a go. Its was developed by a guy who's sister had an extreme lack of hand mobility, so she could still use a computer.

Do you run XP? It has a OSK that works with mouse and touch screen. You could also get one of those roll-up flexible keyboards, and keep it in the glovebox or somewhere.

What about one of these bluetooth laser keyboards?

They can sense where you press on whatever surface, about $260 though
