I can't start my mainmenu.exe

Hi there,

I got another trouble with my 3501. Even after I reset it to factory status( press power and unlock, and select the second item), it still doesn't work. after it is truned on, the error message appears: " application mainmenu.exe had serious error, it must be closed". and then I can do nothing with it.

Any suggestion is appreciated.
