Reinstalling Mio Moov programs

I tried to unlock my Mio moov 360. I stuffed it up. I had backed up the original files. I then took all the files off my Mio and transferred the backed up files back onto the unit. Big mistake. Now when I start up the unit I get the splash screen, then a screen that shows the USB symbol attempting to talk to a computer screen symbol and a mio.
Any suggstions on what I need to do to reinstall the original files?

Did unit come with a CD - anything on there that may help?

Greg, I will explore the CD and see if it has any reinstall modes. Got to go out now but will try it later tiday and get back.

The Mio CD only appears to install a desktop program that manages communication with the unit. I can't see any way to install, or reinstall files on the unit from here. There is a backip/restore function for files on the sektop program. Now I have found this, I thhink I should have used it to do the original back up of files rather than just move them to a different folder on my PC.

I just checked the disc my 720 came with - it has "restore Mio Map V3 software" option. They have obviously change this on newer models.

Suppose your only option will be to send it to Mio Tech.
