Defragmenting and cleaning software

Hi,
I feel that this issue may effect allot of people on this forum. Can someone please lead me to a piece of freeware software that will defragment the miniSD card and also clean out any old files that may be lying around. As we know, space is at a premium. I'm plannng to fun this on my HP iPAQ PDA.

A defrag program can really eat into write cycle life of a flash card.
You are much better off copying the file off the card to your hard drive and them moving them back. It will achieve the same thing, but less damaging.
