I've downloaded shonkymaps_3.51. The download appears to work fine even if it does take well over an hour. But when I try to unzip it I get an error message saying "Cannot open file. it does not appear to be a valid archive".

Any hints?

Hi.
=Have you read this (http://www.gpsaustralia.net/forums/showthread.php?t=12520&highlight=primer) thread?
=Did you use a Download Manager (like DownThemAll for the Firefox browser)?

Do you have Mapsource or Basecamp installed to PC?

I can't remember having to unzip/extract Shonkymaps_3.51.zip , just double-click the folder and double-click setup.exe

Hope this helps. :)

The fact that it has a .zip file extension shows that it must be unzipped. I have winzip 15.5, but it doesn't recognise as a .zip file.

Yes, I do have mapsource already loaded.

Got it. I changed from IE to Firefox, and it worked perfectly. Many thanks to mihermano for the tip.
