Hey guy's , Just bought a serial gps mouse but can't get it to communicate with the laptop . I've rebooted with the mouse connected.... I've assigned the device in the bio's .... I've run GPS info (program that came with it) it doesn't seem to relise its there..... the drivers have been uninstalled and reinstalled.... I've allocated the gps and com's port in ozie but with no response..... thoughts??? i know the port works as the gps 60 works via the same port but on ozie its nmea format only..

I am chasing it up with Globalsat, but they haven't responded yet, most likely tomorrow they will. I tried it and can see what you mean, plus on the CD it says they are USB drivers.... not sure but give me a bit more time and I will sus it out.

Dear Sir,

What is the model you had?
I think that maybe the BR-355.
If you want to used the BR-355 on the laptop.
You need to used the USB cable for BR-355.
You can buy it form the seller.
If any question please kindly let me know.

Best regards,

why sell it as a serialmouse???

Yes, well I was told it doesn't need a driver..... but I will look for the serial adapter cable. I believe serial mice are on the way out. Don't panic!
