I am trying to learn how to use the gps on the laptop and I have put some maps on the ozie program as my first lesson and calibrated them to map format . Before I go and try them out in my vehicle I thought that I would use the Simulator on the moving maps drop down menu. I looked at the help file and thought that I followed it correctly but no luck. What I did was to use the map of Australia and scroll to my area and mark a place handy and increased the speed but nothing happened can any one tell me what to do. regards Bandy

Are you trying to navigate to a point with moving map? or have I miss read your post?

Was your map one that covered all of australia? If so, you'd have to set the simulator to a *very* high speed to actually see your progress.

Ozi can be confusing to start with. Track ranger is easier to use but not as versitile. Good luck
