www.veogeo.com is a project a few mates and I are working on. Basically, you upload a video of your activity to YouTube, upload a GPX file to VeoGeo, then synchronise them. You can then view and share your activities with the world.

For example:
- A bus ride in Hong Kong: http://www.veogeo.com/PlayVideoActivity.aspx?videoActivityId=93
- Skiing in New Zealand: http://www.veogeo.com/PlayVideoActivity.aspx?videoActivityId=79
- Cycling in Brisbane: http://www.veogeo.com/PlayVideoActivity.aspx?videoActivityId=79

And lots more!

Anyone is free to join up and try it themselves - so please give it a go and give us some feedback on what works, what doesn't and what other features you would like to see on it.

Cheers!

Just watched the busdrive.
Very well synchronised.
A very nice feature you developed there.

I would not like to make comments as this might sound negative but since you asked....;)

Is there a way to keep the marker more to the centre of the display, because (at least a bigger part of this trip) one cannot really see ahead when the marker touches the border of the image.
Looking ahead is also part of the fun.

Well done!!!
