For anyone interested....
I was in at 2 DSE(es) (Melbourne) and they had DiscoverAus Street and Tracks on sale for $198.
I was contemplating a purchase, but I just lashed out some moola in the Online Shop :o
Anyhow I think (judging by the comments of the staff) DSE is looking to get rid of old stock GPS stuff???
Hence the low price. (it shouldn't be compared to the Online Shop price!!)
Just the info for anyone that was looking.
Maybe I should go back and make them an even lower offer :D
