We are now promoting the Trimble and TDS series of Dataloggers such as the Recon and the Nomad.
If you are not familiar with Trimble, well you mustn't be in the survey field. Although Trimble are not restricted to products just for surveyors they also have machine guidance systems for the construction industry.
TDS (Division of Trimble) have introduced the new Nomad 800X and Nomad 800XC models that have a more powerful processor, more on board memory, Bluetooth, WiFi and GPRS Modem as standard. They are built rugged (which means it can be dropped onto concrete from 1 metre without getting hurt :crutches
It is also waterproof and has a built-in GPS unlike the Recon which used the Holux GR-271 CF card GPS installed.
