My com port on my pda (IPAQ) remains in use after I exit from oziexplorer, it is ok from designator to oziexplorer but not the other way around. This means I have to reset each time I go from oziexplorer to designator to get my GPS mouse to work PITA. Does anyone know how to get around this problem.
Regards Glenn

The quickest way arround this would have to be useing Festy's guide to sharing your comm ports from HERE (http://www.gpsaustralia.net/forums/showthread.php?t=261)

This way you can run all your apps at the same time.

I do have a vague recollection that if a com port is 'stuck' in use, Ctrl-Alt-Del to bring up TaskManager, and look for a process called Rnaapp.
if it's still running, just terminate it and you should be OK to go from there??
But why is the port not closing with Ozi??..........Hmmmm!
I haven't had a problem with ports for so long!

hope this helps!
