im new to the whole gps thing , i bought one for my truck and its very usefull , i have a mydrive gp1090 , just something cheap for my first , however the maps are 2006 , being in melb , no eastlink and alot of new areas missing .the site on the box dose not exist , dose anyone know this model and where can i get map update , if possible ?? , any help would be great ,cheers

supacheap auto , sunbury vic ..... paid 199 for it it has step by step voice intructions and alot of other things only thing is the maps being from 2006 , its also made in the uk the website on the box is www.mydrive.net.au ... it dose not exist .

Seems to run Smart2Go Maps.

rang the hotline . no map updates avalible for this model , im getting a tom tom ......... this is a cheap and nasty model people mydrive , dont buy ,,,,,,
