Hi Chaser,

There is a CD in the HEMA Navigator box, inside this CD jacket there is a card with the number on. I'm not sure because I've never reinstalled it but I think you just need to reenter the number.

Thanks

Duncan

Hi chaser, you should not have to use that number, first you need to install Microsoft active sync, it is free standing and only activates when you connect You GPS to the PC. Connect the GPS to the PC, and have Route 66 street nav selected, active sync will recognize your GPS, and will display user authenticated on the GPS screen. You may be prompted to reset the GPS. Active sync will then auto open on the PC and show connected and synchronized. Leave it running and open Route 66 sync from all programs. From there you should first check for updates. If all else fails ring Graham at Hema support 07 3340 0075. Les
