Sounds cool!

Are you the kind that finds a nice place and sits for a couple of days, do you get to Town X and then spend 3 or 4 days scratchin around the place seeing the various sights, day drives to here and there...etc.

I remember it's about 30(ish) thou K's if you were to go from city to city :
(I never done it but looked into it some years back)
I don't think this included Tassie. and of course add any side trips to .......?

Now, let me see if I can take a year off.........$0 in the bank!? :o ..........Ummm, Nuh!

I chap I know, did the drive in 6 months easy!(excl Tassie)

Are you camping in the van?

Did a 9 month trip around Oz last year March - December, including Cape York , 34,000 Km, 5000 litres of diesel ($6000.00) . Still did not see all of the country, the highlight of a trip like this is being out there and what makes it even better is not to have a timetable, a time limit is ok as we have to return home at some time to recharge the batteries for the next trip : .
