Hypothetically, if I was to buy a currently discontinued Garmin Colorado 400c (mainly for boat fishing estuaries, inshore reefs, and occasionally offshore), would I be likely to face problems with Garmin maps, Garmin compatible maps, repair, updates, etc. in the medium term future?
Would the potential problems outweigh the potential cost saving, and specifically is that "rock'n'roller" menu wheel a problem (eg: accidental setting changes)? Any advice/knowledge on this would be appreciated. Thanks |

Well, youare going to struggle to find a unit, but in respect of map and upgrades of maps, no different to the Dakota or Oregon in that respect.
repairs are most likely fine for the next 2 years.
