Where to put my new downloaded maps?

Ok so i found an old navman My-30 GPS, downloaded some maps for it, an Australia r18 pack.

I was just wondering where to put the files on my actual gps unit.

The files are:
Australia.fbl
Australia.poi
Australia_schoolzones.
Australia.fda
Australia.spc

Any help much appreciated.
